Monster: Black Joker (Blood Line)

Forms: As more of Storms power is used his eyes turn darker as his skin pales.

Powers: A system was created by Storms twin brother Ski (Aka The Red Joker) as a means to keep his twin from utterly destroying everything in his path (or at least attempting to) This system is called The Control Alter system (some of his abilities he can use himself others require the approval of Ski in order for him to use, with the exception of key emergency Ex. Life or death situations, Ski or others of the Royal card family in danger (Royal Card family is most often referred to as The Royal Card gang) This system has six levels each with its own set of supernatural abilities that Storm can “unlock” Level Zero being his true “cursed” form (Levels 2-0 must be approved under said system requirements)

Level 6- superhuman degree of strength and endurance able to quickly recover from serious injury, Ability to move at speeds much faster than a normal human. Ability to react faster than a normal human.

Level 5- Ability to control, generate, or absorb air or wind. Ability to travel through electrical conduits (such as power lines or telephone lines). Can enter through devices such as televisions, electrical poles or computers.

Level 4-Ability to generate vocal sounds of a higher amplitude than a normal human.


Level 3-Ability to control, generate or absorb electric fields.


Level 2-Ability to control the kinetic energy of atoms to generate, control or absorb fire.


Level 1-Ability to move from one place to another without occupying the space in between. Ability to create physical duplicates of oneself.


Level Zero- True form (All of the above) grows jet black feather wings in this form, Also gains two blades one in each hand , connected to hell forged steel chains wrapped around Storm’s forearms.

History: Storm was born as any innocent into The Royal Card family, a group of five families all related to a certain card (Joker, Ace, King, Queen , Jack ). Being the second born of twins, he was predestined with this “blessing” or “gift” as his mother and father commonly referred to them as. Though as Storm grew up he learned that this not the case as through his years, he learned that he would be second to his twin brother Ski. No matter how much he strived to become better he just couldn’t. So from that point on he became a rebel, not listening to any authority figures even his own father…. One night slipping out into the darkness, to see his girl friend Sara, a normal human girl. Catching her with another of the Royal Card family, The Jack of diamonds whose only power was manipulation of words, a sweet talker of sorts. Heart broken he left into the darkness, losing what little he had to free him from the thought of his curse….

Role play example: Storm awoke from his nightmares, into the all too familiar darkness, he sat up muttering to himself, ”Why… Why did you take her from me…” As he swung his bare feet to touch the cold floor, shaking him from his thoughts. Dressing quickly in his usual attire he went out the door heading for the kitchen, bumping into his twin brother Ski, pushing past him quite rudely. Ski replying with a smile “Ass hat” Storm replying in turn “Race Yuh” disappearing in a flash, reappearing in the kitchen/dining area Seeing his brother sitting already eating “You cheated…”Ski replying quickly “irate just like you ass hat” Storm smiled laughing in turn with his brother.
